ROB EGAN
Technical Director & Company Owner
Rob is the Technical Director and Owner for Assurance Reliability Compliance (ARC) in Australia and in Singapore. He is a marine industry professional with over 25 years’ experience gained from a number technical and managerial roles. Throughout his career, he developed unique skillsets that have been used to drive safety in design on sophisticated offshore MODUs, Marine Vessels and Submarines.
Rob was also the original founder of Rig Inspection Services (RIS) which was then sold to Archerwell.
JONATHAN SHIM
Regional Manager
Jonathan joined ARC as the Regional Manager effective 1 May 2024, reporting directly to the Technical Director. Prior to that, Jonathan held various operational and managerial positions in other service companies including Application Engineer, Drilling Optimization Engineer, Technical Manager, and Business Development Manager.
He is an engineering graduate from the University of Tulsa (USA), with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
BRIAN HAYTER
Technical Manager
Brian is the Technical Manager for Assurance Reliability Compliance (ARC) across all regions, with over 35 years of experience in the marine and drilling industries. He has held various technical and managerial roles, including Head of Global Technical, Asset Technical Manager, Rig Manager, and Chief Engineer.
Brian's extensive background enhances his expertise in risk analysis and asset management, focusing on data-driven decision-making and the integration of advanced technologies to ensure assets are designed and maintained for safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations throughout their lifecycle.
